This seminar looked at how companies are building online support communities to scale their customer service operations and engage online advocates. With contributions from Giff Gaff, the mobile network that is run by its members; Premier Farnell, the leading, high service, multi-channel distribution group that created Element14, the first online community specifically for engineers; and the British Heart Foundation charity that provides information, education and support for people living with heart disease.
